Meet volunteer, Nia Hight from Carmarthenshire! She’ll be joining the Cymru team as Learning & Development Co-ordinator.
About Nia:
“I have been a leader for 10 years and work with Rangers, Guides and Brownies in St Clears in Carmarthenshire and I am also Division Commissioner for Carmarthen and a Trainer specialising in Safe Space. I live in Bancyfelin and I have been married to Chris for 24 years. I have two children, Angharad and Sioned who have both played an active part in Guiding. I have worked for Hywel dda University Health Board for 16 years.
Having been through a challenging time during the pandemic I am looking forward to working with the Trainers, County Commissioner’s and the County Development Coordinators to develop strong links and team-working. As always teamwork makes the dream work.”
