“I grew up in Kent where I was a Brownie, Guide, Young Leader and Guide Unit Leader. My husband is from North Wales and we have been living in Wales for over 40 years. In Girlguiding Cymru I have held appointments as Unit Leader, District Commissioner, County Adviser, International Adviser and Guiding Development Adviser. I am currently a Supporting Member in Cardiff and East Glamorgan and a member of the Olave Baden-Powell Society.

I have been a manager and team leader in the Civil Service, British Gas and BT, mostly working in IT as a Systems Analyst. After leaving employment to study Psychology, I trained as a Life Coach and I have been self-employed since 2001. I have been delivering training courses in coaching in the UK and Europe since 2008 and I recently studied Positive Psychology at Masters level.

I also enjoy travel, spending time with family and friends, genealogy and being out-of-doors.”
