Girlguiding Cymru is delighted to share the collection of 72 Girlguiding interest badges, launched last year and now available to all Rainbow, Brownie, Guides and Ranger units. These badges reflect today’s world, packed with creativity, real world skills and exciting topics to explore.
The interest badges and little badge books are here and already being enjoyed across units. The range includes popular themes that girls love such as cooking and animals, the first ever badge book for Rangers in this programme, and badges written by girls or inspired by their designs.

Girlguiding Cymru is excited to introduce our new badge posters for Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and Rangers, bringing together both the latest interest badges and the much loved classics in one clear, easy-to-use display. Each poster highlights where every badge can be found, helping members and leaders quickly identify the right badge book for each section. Bright, practical and visually appealing, they are the perfect resource for unit meetings and a fantastic way to inspire girls to explore new badges and activities. Available in both Welsh and English, these posters are designed to be accessible and engaging for all members across Cymru.

We have also added space to record The Eco award
The Eco award is the first girl award that can be completed across every section, from Rainbows to Rangers. Girls can also complete their Eco award each time they move up through their sections, as long as they take different actions each time. Each section has its own unique Eco award badge featuring a different endangered animal. Take a look at the Eco award pages for more information.
