“I have been in Guiding since 2011 and work with Brownies, Guides and Rangers in Carmarthenshire. I am also Division Commissioner for Carmarthen. I am married to Chris and have two daughters Angharad and Sioned, both of whom have been involved in Guiding at some point.

I have two beautiful rescue dogs called Pebbles and Rosie I am a trainer specialising in First Response and Safe Space and deliver via Webinar or Face to Face. I am also beginning to deliver the new webinars for the new LQ.

I love music and singing and achieved Grade 8 in singing in school. I have worked for Hywel Dda University Health Board since 2005. I am very proud to be part of such a great organisation.”
