Broneirion Staff Announcement

Date: 31st July 2020

These past few months have been difficult for us all, and like many other organisations we’ve been hit very hard at Broneirion by the effects of the coronavirus pandemic and had to close the doors in March and postpone and cancel many events and bookings resulting in a financial loss.

The continuing limits on the way we operate and the financial consequences has sadly meant that we have had to make significant changes and I have to let you know with sadness that we have had to make our Broneirion staff redundant to enable significant savings to enable us to secure the future of Broneirion and Girlguiding Cymru.

Regrettably, we have had to say goodbye to Nick, Sue, Kate, Pina, Jenny, Clare and Ann-Marie.  If you would like to send good wishes, please post to Girlguiding Cymru and we will forward on.

If you would like to send any cards or donations for Nick or indeed any other staff members , please send to Rachael Clutton-Haines at Girlguiding Cymru by 21st August.

This was a tough decision for the Board of Trustees but we are confident that it will put us in a stronger position to face the challenges ahead and look towards a programme of events running from 1st March 2021.
