Congratulations Arrianna!
The amazing efforts of Arrianna from 2nd Newtown Brownies have been rewarded with a Brownie Gold Award. She was pleased to receive her award from our President Tori James at Broneirion.
She is the first Brownie from 2nd Newtown to be awarded the Brownie Gold Award.
Arrianna's ultimate goal was to gain her Gold award at Brownies, she diligently took part in Brownie meetings during the pandemic via zoom. When face to face meetings continued, she was determined to achieve her dream of gaining her Gold Award.
“Arrianna who has Down’s syndrome took part in every aspect of the Brownie programme and has gained so much during her time with us. We are so proud of her achievement and to have been part of her guiding journey. She has now moved on to Guides and her aim is to become a unit leader in the future!”
