Unit bookings only - Maximum numbers per unit 40.

Tuck shop and badge shop
A tuck shop and a badge shop will be available throughout the event, giving girls and leaders the opportunity to purchase snacks and badges.
Cash payments will be accepted on the day. Girls are welcome to bring spending money, which should be kept in a purse clearly labelled with their name to ensure it can be returned if misplaced.
A card reader will also be available for purchases.
Risk assessments
Risk assessments will be sent to all groups a week before the event.
Leaders and Young Leaders - Flow and Grow yoga session
During the day there will be an opportunity for Young Leaders and Leaders to participate in one-hour yoga sessions delivered by Flow & Grow Yoga (time slots will be allocated on the day).
Please express interest when applying for unit spaces.
First Response training for leaders
During the event, there will be the option for leaders to complete their First Response training, making it a productive and enriching experience alongside the main activities. Please let us know if any members of your team would like to take part in this training so that arrangements can be made in advance.
What do we need to know?
Girls and leaders are to come along in uniform and they will need to wear trainers and socks.
Everyone will also need to bring a packed lunch afternoon snack and a bottle of water along with them. Please can all members avoid bringing products with nuts.
Please also ensure that any medication needed is handed in to leaders eg: Asthma pumps.
