Our Badge Design Competition is now CLOSED!

Thank you to every single girl who has entered. We are very happy to hear its been a positive distraction for you at this time! Below you’ll see some information about the badge and our donation.

We will be announcing the winner Wednesday 6th of May! 😀 The badge will be judged by the following Girlguiding Cymru members:

  • Bev Martin - Chief Commissioner Designate

  • Rachael Clutton-Haines - Manager

About your badge:

The President’s Badge is all about enjoying guiding from home and the activities allows girls to get their family involved too. We want to promote positivity amongst our members during this time.

To give back and to show our appreciation to the NHS we’ll be donating 50p of every badge sold to NHS Wales.

About our donation:

The money raised will be donated to all NHS Wales Health Board campaign hosted by Swansea Bay Health Charity. It will be split equally between the seven local health board charitable funds in Wales, plus Velindre and Welsh Ambulance Service:

  • Aneurin Bevan University Health Board

  • Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board

  • Cardiff & Vale University Health Board

  • Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board

  • Hywel Dda University Health Board

  • Powys Teaching Health Board

  • Swansea Bay University Health Board
