International opportunities for leaders
Girlguiding Cymru International team are looking for leaders to join the teams for our International programme 2026/27
We have three exciting opportunities planned for summer 2027 and are inviting leaders to apply to join our event teams.
International opportunities day
Date: Saturday, 15 August 2026
Time: 10:00am – 4:00pm
Venue: Girlguiding Cymru, Old Church House, New Road, Newtown, Powys, SY16 1BD
Please bring a packed lunch.
Opportunities available
We are recruiting leaders to join the teams for one of the following events:
Static residential in Ghent, Belgium
Interrailing adventure across Northern Europe
ICE adventure for younger Guides at Lorne Estate, Northern Ireland
Team briefing dates
Successful applicants will need to be available for the relevant briefing weekend:
ICE Adventure: 2–4 October 2026
International trips: 16–18 October 2026
