“Guiding has been part of my life since childhood, but the true importance of Guiding in the lives of young women didn’t really hit me until I started my career.

As a woman in STEM and a civil servant I have seen first hand the benefits of girls and women having space to be themselves and support each other. I re-found Guiding as an adult and am so grateful for the opportunities it has provided me, as well as the sense of purpose and responsibility to support the women and girls around me.

As well as being a Trustee, I am also a Guide and Ranger leader.”
