Guiding Delivery

Role

Girlguiding Cymru Outdoor activity adviser

My Bio

I first got involved with Girlguiding as a Brownie in 2001, and with a fairly long hiatus rejoined as a leader with a Guiding unit in 2017. I was also the Chepstow District Commissioner for 2 years and enjoyed meeting more of the Girlguiding leadership team. During my time as a leader I have loved watching our young members grow in confidence and tackle new experiences head on.

I am a massive lover of the outdoors and in particular love exploring the woods with my dog, Ozzy. I’m very lucky to live right in the Wye Valley and so close to the Forest of Dean and have so many woodlands on my doorstep. Wales has such beautiful landscape to offer us all so I look forward to helping people have adventures in our wonderful country.
